Day 59/90

Day 59/90

Good evening to all my choons. So first off, just a tip, never try and cook after you listen to Mekaal Hasan Band perform, and also expect yourself to be able to concentrate. The music is just so good. Check him out on facebook here. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Mekaal-Hasan-Band/105443299489681Anyway, so I had a solitary pineapple in my fridge, and my mother said, “make a pineapple upside down cake you!” So I said fine, but I couldnt find an easy enough recipe, so I made pineapple crumble instead. And I really dont regret that choice I made. So here goes..
